Fiber optic mushrooms!

I love fiber optics! When I was browsing YouTube for inspiration, I came across projects like this one that embed LEDs in handmade silicone mushrooms to create beautiful lamps. So I thought, what if I could pipe the light out to a bunch of tiny mushrooms? Then I could make an entire miniature glowing ecosystem.

At the same time, I was looking for a different concept for our house jack-o-lantern. I love how this came out - it’s like a pumpkin put out by a witch deep in a magical forest.
