A short story series, unbound.

In 2012, I set out to create my own original tangible storytelling project. Laser Lace Letters uses fictional documents, laser cut art, artisanal artifacts, and handmade packaging to tell seven short stories that center around the disappearance of an airship pilot in 1904. Seven central characters are depicted in seven laser cut cameo brooches made from colorful felt. Each story represents a collection of items from their life that hold special significance. The artifacts can be examined in any order as readers search for the truth behind a series of strange events in steampunk London. Laser Lace Letters is set in the cooperative steampunk storyworld of Clockwork Watch, where the audience is invited to shape the story as it unfolds.
